Stop everything you're doing right now and take a deep breath. Think back to the last time you made a lot of sales in one day. Remember the excitement you felt. Concentrate on the adrenalin that was flowing through your body. Think about how great you felt and how badly you wanted to show everybody what you had done.
I've just used your imagination to hypnotise you into being in a ready state to purchase something that could bring those feelings back!
We use our imaginations everyday. Everybody you meet has hopes and dreams, good memories and bad, and goals they would like to achieve. As soon as you find a way to appeal to those hopes, dreams, memories and goals, you have found your way directly into their wallets.
That might sound tricky and cruel but it's not as long as you provide something that makes that person feel good.
Search around the Internet to find some captivating sales letters. You will find that a lot of them follow a very specific set of rules designed to get you ready to buy.
Although not very common these days, you will find at least one or two that really reel you in. You won't even realise it but you'll reach the end of that sales later ready to buy whatever it is they're selling.
In cases like these, stop and take a look at what they've written and you'll quickly find that they've been doing their best to appeal to your subconscious.
Most times, it doesn't matter what the conscious mind is thinking. Once your subconscious has made up its mind (so to speak), the rest is history.
The easiest way to do this is too gently guide your reader into imagining something they like or dislike.
For example, you could ask a prospect to remember how it felt when his wife moaned at him for forgetting their anniversary. Very gently guide him into thinking of the words she used and how she looked at him. Then ask him to subscribe to your flower-reminder service!
The secret is to be gentle or you risk scaring your prospect away. Hypnosis can only work if the person on the receiving end is open to it.
